When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days, but this can fluctuate with seasons and volume of orders. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS and you have the option of First Class or Priority Mail during checkout.

Does your studio have open retail hours?

We do not have regular retail hours, but pick-ups can be arranged for local customers. We do several special events and community tours throughout the year and have a number of scheduled open hours right before the holidays.
